Darci began her career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) before earning her MBA from the University of Wisconsin. She then transitioned into corporate finance, FP&A, and marketing, taking on progressively senior roles at leading CPG companies. In 2010, she and her family relocated from Atlanta to California, where she shifted her focus to working with privately held companies, specializing in financial discipline, restructuring, and scalable growth strategies.
